Terms & Conditions — six6d Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and six6d ("six6d", "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website at https://six6d.cam and all associated services, products and features accessible therein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

six6d is an online entertainment platform. It does not claim to be licensed, approved, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, partnership or permission by those institutions to facilitate gambling transactions.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction or the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any associated platform operated under the same brand.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of an employee or officer of six6d or its technology or service providers.
• You are registering only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

six6d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment source at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

4.1 Registration

To use the Platform's wagering services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update them if any information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. six6d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available from the account security settings page. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify the six6d support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text only — this is not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. six6d will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 One Account per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. If the Operator discovers that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, payment methods or device fingerprints — all associated accounts will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be withheld pending investigation, and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.1 Supported Currency

The Platform displays account balances and transactional references in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). The Operator does not represent that all deposit or withdrawal processing is completed natively in PKR; currency conversion fees or exchange differences may apply depending on the payment method used. Players should confirm applicable fees with the cashier prior to initiating any transaction.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are listed in the live cashier section of your Account. These methods may include bank transfers and certain mobile wallet services familiar to Pakistani players. The mention of payment service names on any page of the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or guarantee of transaction completion by those services.

Players are responsible for verifying that their chosen payment provider permits transactions to and from online gambling platforms under applicable provider terms and local law. The Operator accepts no liability for funds blocked, reversed or frozen by payment providers or financial institutions.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Illustrative examples used in promotional materials (such as "minimum deposit PKR 1,000") are for reference purposes only; the live cashier figure is authoritative.

5.4 Withdrawals & KYC

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation prior to releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used by the Player for a deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team following a completed account review.

Processing times are provided as indicative estimates only. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing windows and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment intermediaries, banking institutions or network conditions.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, up to the remaining balance, as disclosed in the Account settings prior to implementation. Players will be notified at the email address on file before any fee is applied.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards offered by six6d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on a per-promotion basis. As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement would require PKR 25,000 in cumulative qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met. Actual figures are governed by the live promotion terms.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds remain active and the wagering requirement has not been fully met, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per bet slip. Exceeding this limit constitutes a breach of the bonus terms and entitles the Operator to void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice. The applicable maximum bet is stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports betting, slots, live casino games and table games may each carry different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution table is published alongside each promotion. Bets placed on games with zero contribution will not count toward rollover completion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds must be wagered within the specified validity period from the date of activation. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining in the Account after the expiry date are automatically removed. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus status within the Account dashboard.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

six6d reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; collusion with other players; and any pattern of play deemed to be in bad faith as determined by the Operator in its sole discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. General principles applicable across all betting and gaming activity are set out below.

• All bets are placed at the odds or game configuration displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent changes to odds or game parameters do not affect confirmed bets except in the case of void events.
• A bet is not accepted or confirmed until the Platform has issued a confirmation reference. Network interruptions during bet placement are the Player's risk; no bet is valid without a confirmed reference.
• In the event of a settlement error, the Operator reserves the right to re-settle affected bets at the correct result. This may result in adjustments to your Account balance, including clawbacks of previously paid winnings.
• The Operator reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets or postpone settlement at its sole discretion in cases of incomplete events, data feed failure or suspected integrity breach.
• Live (in-play) betting markets for cricket fixtures — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series — are subject to ball-by-ball market updates. Live odds are accepted at the moment of submission; "late bets" placed after the relevant event outcome will be voided.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, restrict bet types on any Account, or decline any wager at its sole discretion without obligation to state a reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account while under the minimum eligible age.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, mathematical errors in odds or game configurations for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or gain an unfair informational advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties in games or markets in a manner that distorts outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions relating to legitimate gambling activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

six6d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a reliable source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits to prevent overspending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted within a specified rolling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic reminders or enforced logouts after a defined playing session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use self-exclusion immediately and to seek support from recognised problem gambling support resources in their jurisdiction. six6d does not provide counselling or clinical services but will signpost players to relevant external resources where available.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by six6d is governed by the six6d Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, six6d collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention (AML), customer support and, where you have consented, promotional communications. Your data is not sold to third parties for independent marketing purposes. You retain the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your personal data, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory retention obligations.

All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. Please refer to the full Privacy Policy for comprehensive details of data processing practices, retention periods and your rights.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data structures, software code, design elements, trademarks and service marks ("Content") is owned by or licensed to six6d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of six6d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6d, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Service interruptions, downtime or technical failures caused by events beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses arising from the Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited by law;
• Any reliance placed by the Player on the accuracy or completeness of illustrative promotional figures, game RTP examples or informational content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

six6d reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is detected on the Account;
• The Account is subject to a legal, regulatory or law enforcement requirement or order;
• The Player is determined to be using the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure for cause, six6d reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Balances not associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse shall be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the completion of any required review, subject to satisfactory KYC documentation.

A Player may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are separate from account closure and are governed by the Responsible Gambling section and the dedicated Responsible Gambling page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable. By using the Platform, you agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated by the Operator's governing license, except where overriding mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Players in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may apply local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, in any legal proceedings relating to the use of online gambling services. six6d does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law and makes no representation or warranty in that regard. This page does not constitute legal advice.

six6d reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a notice on the Platform's homepage no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Previous versions are available on request from the support team.
